- Image appears to be a derivative work of this. It's unclear if the person who took the picture and the uploader are the same person. — ξxplicit 00:56, 26 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Nothing can prove this photograph is PD-old (i.e. the photographer is dead for more than 70 years). This image was already transferred 2 times on Commons, and deleted each time for this reason (see http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=File:ZeusCourtingGanymede.jpg&action=edit&redlink=1). - Delete no evidence of permission. Hekerui (talk) 20:34, 1 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- I think this file has to go. We can't call it {{PD-old}} without identifying the photographer. It's not eligible for {{PD-art}} since it is a photo of a 3D work of art, not of a 2D work of art. I also can't see any way for it to comply with WP's non-free content criteria since many free images of kylixes are available at Commons. —RP88 16:55, 4 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- appears to duplicate http://www.cumbu.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/Astana-Kazakhstan-State-Auditorium-by-Studio-Nicoletti-Associati-Exterior-5.jpg except in size, metadata raises uncertainty of copyvio though VernoWhitney (talk) 14:51, 26 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Under cc-nc: http://www.everkinetic.com/page/creative-commons-license • ɔ ʃ → 16:04, 26 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment Hmm, the page clearly says "The license we chose for Everkinetic is a attribution, share-alike license." and links to the Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 text, but then throw in that "Provided you don't make a profit from the workout programs ..." bit at the end there, not sure what to make of that. They do seem a bit confused... --Sherool (talk) 23:41, 1 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- File:Shariff.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- This is licensed as a fair-use screenshot from the film, Doctor Zhivago, but isn't. Sharif is a good few years older here than he was in Doctor Zhivago, the hairstyle doesn't match the one he had in the film, and besides the film was in colour. The source the picture was taken from does not identify it as a screenshot from Doctor Zhivago. It may be possible to keep the image under a different license, but the present one is inadequate. - I've added a dfu template. It's not a screenshot from the movie, as claimed by the rationale. --JN466 14:13, 29 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
